I understand this is a request, not an approval, and that returns are subject to inspection and possible restocking or analysis fees. Serial numbers must be intact and the product must be returned with all included documentation, cables, and components.

Units within the 3-year warranty (measured from ship date) are analyzed and repaired or replaced at no charge.

Units outside the warranty are subject to a $100 investigation fee plus labor and parts. The $100 is credited toward the repair, or toward a new unit if the product cannot be repaired.

Refund returns are full money-back within 60 days of shipment. From 61 to 180 days a 25% restocking fee applies. Returns are not accepted after 180 days. Refurbished products are not eligible for return.
